Where we deliver
All seven emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We don't ship outside the UAE.
What it costs
Standard delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no small-order fee.
If you're in a hurry, Express is AED 10 — and free on orders over AED 150.
How long it takes
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman — 2–3 working days
- Abu Dhabi, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah — 3–5 working days
- Remote and inland areas — up to 6 working days
Orders placed after 4pm are processed the next working day. Fridays and public holidays are not working days.
Cash on delivery
Available on every order up to AED 500. Please have the exact amount ready where possible — our courier partners don't always carry change.
Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking number by SMS and email once your order leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it the same day.
