The short version: 14 days to change your mind. Unused, in its packaging. Faulty items are on us.

Changed your mind

Message us within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging with everything it came with.

Return shipping is yours to cover unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Once it reaches us and checks out, your refund goes back the same way you paid, within 7–10 working days.

Faulty or damaged

If it arrives damaged, or fails in a way it shouldn't, tell us within 14 days and send a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund it in full — including return shipping. No arguing about it.

What we can't take back

• Items returned without their packaging or accessories
• Anything with clear signs of use, sand damage or drops
• Items reported after 14 days

How to start a return

WhatsApp 058 634 7002 with your order number and a line about what's wrong. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. There's no form to fill in.

This policy sits alongside your rights under UAE consumer protection law — it doesn't replace them.
