Are you based in the UAE?

Yes — Ajman. We ship domestically, so you're not waiting three weeks for something from overseas and you're not paying customs on arrival.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express is AED 10, and free over AED 150.

How fast is delivery?

2–3 working days to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. 3–5 working days to the other emirates.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

No — we deliver within the seven emirates only.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, on orders up to AED 500.

Can I return something?

14 days, unused and in its packaging. Faulty items are refunded in full including return shipping.

Is the gear waterproof?

It varies by product — the rating is listed on each product page. Most of our camp range is splash and dust resistant, which is what actually matters in a wadi or a sandstorm. None of it is rated for submersion except the waterproof pouch.

Will the BBQ blower work with shisha coals?

Yes. Use the low setting so you're not throwing ash everywhere.

How do I know what tyre pressure to reset to?

It's printed on a sticker inside your driver's door frame. Most UAE cars run 32–35 PSI on tarmac. Drop to 15–18 for soft sand, and air back up before you rejoin the road.
